Q: What is your return/refund policy?

Due to unique characteristics of scent and labor costs our products are not returnable, and all sales are FINAL. We encourage you to explore our sample sets to try out all of our fragrances before committing to a full-size product. Thank you for understanding.

Q: What is your order processing time?

We try to process and ship all orders within 3-5 days Monday-Friday. As soon as your order ships you will receive confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Q: What if my order comes damaged?

If you received damaged or defective item, please photograph it and email it to us at info@violaperfumery.com, we will do our best to help you.

Q: General rules during transit, missing mail?

Once your parcel has been successfully dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for issues that may arise during delivery. If you have concerns that your package got lost, stolen, etc., please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. 

If your package is marked delivered, but you did not receive it, this is a post office issue and you must deal directly with your local post office, as our perfume house unfortunately does not have control over your local post office and how they handle packages. Usually they will be able to trace it. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a mail theft report.
