If you received damaged or defective item, please photograph it and email it to us at info@violaperfumery.com, we will do our best to help you.
Q: General rules during transit?
Once your parcel has been successfully dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for issues that may arise during delivery. If you have concerns that your package got lost, stolen, etc., please contact our customer service as well as your local post office, and we will do our best to help you.
